2024 Year In Review | MAINE FAMILY & NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER

Whelp, it’s June 2025 and I am just now getting around to creating this 2024 year in review post. Sometimes we’re just late getting things done, but you know, better late than never, right? I actually starting putting this post together a few months ago but hadn't found the headspace to sit down and reflect on the year until now. I’ve always believe things happen at exactly the right time they’re meant to.

I had such a fun time going back through all my sessions from last year, remembering all the sweet moments I got to capture and all the great people I got to spend some time with in beautiful locations around Maine. Photographing families is such a gift, and I am so, so grateful to each and every family who stepped in front of my lens. It truly is an honor to witness these moments and document them for you.

I walk into every session with the small hope that I have stopped time for you, for just a moment, so that you can look back on the photos from our time together and remember all the tiny moments that aren’t tiny at all. Your youngest’s baby’s curls, newborn teeny, tiny toes, your daughter’s small hand intertwined in your own, belly laughs on a beach at sunset, your daughters swinging together in the front yard, your brand new baby next to their very excited older sibling, everyone (grandma, grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins) together for perhaps the first time in a long time or perhaps the last time for a while—these are moments that matter and deserve to be documented.
